Not everyone has five days to give the mountains. Some weeks all you've got is a night, or a couple of them — and that's enough.

The Private Reset is a small cabin on the farm, set aside for guests who need to get out of their normal rhythm without committing to a full retreat. No schedule of workshops, no group of ten strangers becoming brothers around the fire — just you, the mountains, and the space to disconnect.

Come up. Sleep. Drink your coffee on the deck. Rinse off in the outdoor shower. Build a fire when the sun drops. Surf if the waves are working. Read something. Think about nothing. Leave a little different than you arrived.

It's the same land, the same creek, the same quiet that built Loose Change — just handed to you on your own terms.

What's Included

The cabin is yours for the length of your stay. Simple, private, and set into the farm's forest terrain along Bates Creek — close enough to everything Loose Change is built around, far enough to actually unplug.

For guests who want the Private Reset to go deeper, we offer curated time with CJ Nelson — the same local wave knowledge, coaching, and life-and-surf perspective that sits at the center of every Loose Change retreat, just built around your schedule instead of a group's.

That means CJ walking you through the local wave selection, dialing in your equipment and approach, and the kind of conversation that tends to happen once the surf talk winds down.

This isn't a lesson. It's the Loose Change experience, scaled down to fit one guest, one weekend, one reset.

Pricing Options

These are just ranges. Every budget and every schedule is different, and we'd rather find a way to make it work than watch it not happen over a number. Refining your surfing and reviving your soul matters more to us than hitting a price point — so let's talk, and let's get you here.

Private Lodging: $150 - $300 a night

Refine your surfing (optional surf coaching add-on): $750 - $5000
